THE STORY: While the Pelicans try and fight their way into the playoff race before the end of the season, the Mavericks have both of their stars in the lineup and will be trying to keep from falling out of the playoff race (currently 7th in the Western Conference).
Luka won Rookie of the Year last year and has shown himself to be a generational player since entering the NBA. Despite missing the beginning of this season, Zion Williamson is in the running for 2020’s ROY while seeming like a cloned (and shorter) Shaq. Watching them face-off for the first time is bound to be a treat.
