WHAT: Another tune up chance for the Mavericks to play actual basketall

THE STORY: Following the Thursday night scrimmage, the Mavericks had a couple of days to rest and continue working towards real game action. Considering Pacers forward Domantas Sabonis left the NBA bubble with a foot injury, it’s safe to assume all players involved will be looking to get through this contest injury free. There’s not a ton to look for in Dallas, past perhaps their defensive mindset and whether or not anyone has an interest in rebounding the basketball. Luka Doncic looked crisp offensively and Seth Curry played the best game statistically he’s ever put up (too bad it didn’t count). Hopefully the Maverick announcers get some time on the call for NBAtv, because the Lakers announcers wore me out by the end of the first quarter.
