THE STORY: We must already put Luka’s world-shaking game winner behind us as the Mavericks square off again against the Clippers in what looks to be a pivotal game 5. As with game 4, Kristaps Porzingis is out, with coach Rick Carlisle referring ominously to his availability in game 6.

To a certain extant, the team is playing with house money at this point. Had they been swept by now, we’d all be talking about how nice it was simply to be in the playoffs again. But not now. We’ve seen too much. The series is too close. MFFLs want blood. what if we shock the world? We killed a super team in 2011, let’s be legends and do it again.
