THE STORY: The Dallas Mavericks face off against the Los Angeles Clippers in an elimination game, as they’ve fell in three of five contests thus far. With Kristaps Porzingis injured, it’s mainly on Luka Doncic and the band of merry men they’ve surrounded him with for the 2019-20 season. But as we all know, a lot of those guys are injured too. At this point, it’s about a super human effort from one of the world’s rising stars.

The Mavericks can beat the Clippers. After falling in all three regular season games, Dallas shocked Los Angeles in games two and four. The question now is can they even up the series with their backs truly against the wall.
