THE STORY: The bubble has exposed every weakness the Dallas Mavericks possess as they’ve won just one game out of four thus far and that win needed an epic Luka Doncic performance. So of course they’re playing the Eastern conference number one seed Milwaukee Bucks and likely Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo (at least, I think he’s playing as of this writing).
The good thing for the Mavericks is that the Bucks give up three pointers as a part of their defensive scheme and Dallas loves to shoot them.
So while they shouldn’t win this game on paper, they also shouldn’t have beaten the Bucks in December, which they did without Luka Doncic. So let’s cross our fingers that the Dallas role players find their three point shot and bury the Bucks from behind the arc.
