Join Mavs Moneyball Live Sunday morning

After two sessions of Mavs Moneyball Live, we’ll be doing a third Sunday morning. I expect to start the room around 9:30 a.m. EST, though it may be closer to 10 a.m. depending on how the morning goes at my house.

Why so early, you may be wondering. Well I know we do have a fair amount of European followers and I wanted to do it at a time that wasn’t middle of the night for them. But since it’s current an iOS only product and Android dominates the world market, there may not may not be many who can join. But why not try?

What is Locker Room? Well it’s a relatively new venture, dating back to the fall encouraging sports fans to talk live with one another over the app. The app, which at the moment is only on the App store for iPhone users, allows you to join a “room” where one or more of us will be talking Dallas Mavericks, then ask questions and join in the conversation. It’s also not available for desktop yet. It’s expected to expand eventually.

Here’s the steps you need to take to join our conversation:

1. Download the Locker Room app.
2. Try to find and follow me, my handle is @KirkHenderson35
3. Be looking around 930 p.m. CST and join our room. At the moment it’s under the “Everything NBA” group and has the show man “Mavs Moneyball Live”. There’s also a MFFL group.
4. If you’re not able to join, don’t worry, the audio will also go up as a podcast late tonight or tomorrow morning. Ask me some questions you’d like answered here in the comments!

Since users can directly join the conversation, it can often go all sorts of directions. But it’s been really fun every time. I’m sure we’ll talk All Star weekend, Kristaps Porzingis, and more. Hope we can see you there!
