The Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers start their first round matchup of the 2021 NBA playoffs on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. CST, as the Mavericks announced the schedule for the entire series.
All non-ABC games will be broadcasted locally on Bally Sports Southwest, with ESPN 103.3 having the local radio broadcast for every game. All games will also be on national TV, with ESPN and TNT covering Games 1, 3 an 4 and NBA TV broadcasting Game 2.
That Game 2 broadcast will be interesting. Mavericks games on NBA TV have been blacked out in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this season, but we cannot confirm if this extends to playoff games. The reason this is a big deal is due to Bally Sports Southwest still not available on a majority of the live TV services offered in the DFW area. If Game 2 is blacked out, that potentially means some DFW residents will have to turn to illegal streams, go outside their home or flat out just not watch the game.
