It seems we aren’t allowed any rest this off season. Hot on the heels of Donnie Nelson leaving the Mavericks after nearly a quarter century, Rick Carlisle has opted to leave Dallas as well.

And because there’s no rest for the wicked, Josh Bowe, Doyle Rader, and I all got on to talk about the change, what it means for the Mavericks, and dipped our toes into who we’d like to see at the helm next as well as who we’d like to see get passed by.

It’s a period of unease, despite having a superstar in Luka Doncic, that most Dallas fans have not known or known in two-plus decades.
