basically they say Luka would be much better if he shot better FT%
It’s funny because they could have told us exactly how much his PPG would be effected with a bump in FT% but they didn’t do the math for us.
If Luka had shot 85% on his free throws last season instead of 73%, he basically would have gotten 1 more point per game (obviously other things would have shifted around) but a ~1ppg difference doesn’t seem to be a game changer.
I’m not trying to argue that I want Luka to stay the same or get worse at free throws, but if that is the biggest thing he can get better at, he is doing alright.
