Kirk Your Enthusiasm with Matthew Phillips

Matthew Phillips joined our team during the season last year and he’s been on After Dark and a few playoff preview podcasts. But as we’ve been bringing on as many staffers who are interested this off-season, I wanted to bring Matthew on again to talk about his Mavericks fandom, what he’s looking forward to about this season, and any other Dallas topics that come up. Including Tony Dumas, who is in the photo in the header if you weren’t a deep 90’s Mavs fan.

Conversation with Matthew is easy and though we intended to chat about 20 minutes, we went well past a half an hour. We’re both really excited for the season to start and I can’t wait to talk about basketball with him more once the season begins.
