The Dallas Mavericks (22-15) host the Memphis Grizzlies (13-23) at home on Tuesday night. The game starts at 7:30 pm CST and will be broadcast on NBAtv and Bally Sports Southwest. The game is the fourth straight home game for the Mavericks and they’ve won the previous three. Dallas is 2-1 this season against Memphis, with the lone loss coming as Luka Doncic rested. Memphis hopes to turn their two-game run where they defeated the Suns and Lakers into a full-on win streak by beating the Mavericks. Let’s get to the key things:
- WHO: Dallas Mavericks vs Memphis Grizzlies
- WHAT: Game 4 of a long home stand for the Mavericks
- WHERE: American Airlines Center, Dallas Texas
- WHEN: 7:30 pm CST
- HOW: Bally Sports Southwest and NBAtv
The injury report shows Dante Exum, Derrick Lively, and Maxi Kleber are out with their same injuries. Luka Doncic and Grant Williams are on the report as “Available”. Memphis is in a bad spot. Stephen Adams has been out for the year as is Brandon Clarke with long known-about injuries. Ja Morant is a recent edition, tearing his labrum against the Lakers. Santi Aldama is doubtful for the Grizzlies.
This longer Memphis Grizzlies preview is worth your time. There’s also this piece on grading the Mavericks from yesterday I enjoyed. There’s also the gambling post but by the time you see this game thread, it might be too late.
Thanks so much for hanging out with us for the game. After the contest we’ll have our usual coverage. Hopefully this is another win as the Mavericks simply need to stack wins and push through the drudgery of the regular season. Dallas has done well recently and it would be great if they can keep it up while important contributors are dealing with injuries.
See you all later tonight, go Mavs.
